Do certain provinces get their invite first?

Here are the details of my application:
Toronto, Single, 1427days, Mar 07, 2019 (sent), Mar 11, 2019 (received), May 16, 2019 (AOR) Jun 27, 2019 (in process).


I am still waiting for the test date. Trying to see if CIC has a pattern they follow or go from one province to another?

They don't go from province to province. The wait time is dependent on your local office and their current workload.
