I have question regarding choosing DMP for medical.

how will I get to know which DMP to choose, is there any country wise list available?

You can do your medicals at any DMP you want

do the Visa office recommend to go for a particular DMP or it's applicant choice?

Is it allowed for family members to go at different DMP's (US/India)?

Its your choice with whom you do it. Some choose over cost , others over friendliness/courtesy but wherever you do it make sure you advise the DMP to send it to your correct visa office.
There was a member who did it in london but the family did it in India. His visa office was UK so he told the indian DMP to ensure it was sent to UK and not New Delhi. Do a search here on the site
