I will sponsor my girlfriend we love together for over one year here in Canada she have a visitor visa my question I’m waiting for my divorce to be confirmed by the court we my ex and me present a divorce accord together and now just waiting for the court to confirm can I sponsor my girlfriend even if not completely done for divorce I have court documents everything even letter from lawyers

If you have lived together for 1 continuous year there is no need to wait for a divorce. You should have also changed your status to common law with places like CRA.
