Report the passport, pr card and license as stolen. Go get a new passport and apply for a PRTD from the embassy/consulate if you want to come back to Canada. As far as divorce goes, if he applies for it in Canada, there isn't a lot you can do to stop him. Technically (and others can confirm it) all he needs to do is not cohabitate with you for a year and he can apply for a divorce, whether you want him to or not.
