My wife, child and I (primary applicant) had applied for Canada PR under FSW program and had submitted our application in March 2020. We had subsequently completed our Medicals when instructed. We have got a request to go for re-medicals and submit fresh PCC in February 2022. I have filed for a divorce in January 2022, while she has filed for child custody in December 2021. We have been suggested by the consultant that we don't have to inform IRCC. I wanted to check if someone has as similar story or knows someone who has a similar story and how they resolved it? It's a little urgent, would appreciate a quick response.
