I submitted my( principal applicant) Provincial Nominee Application in Feb, 2014 . I also added my spouse with my application. Today I received an email from CIC to submit RPRF Fee and updated Schedule 'A' form for both. Currently our relation is getting complicated and we might file for a divorce later. I would like to remove her from my application now. Can you please give me your opinion that how should i proceed this process without getting any hurdle in my own PR application. I don't want CIC to delay my PR process. I don't have any document to prove that we are separating or getting divorced. Should I only pay my RPRF fee and send my Schedule Form with an explanation letter? Just to let you know, she is not in Canada.

A good detailed answer would be much appreciated!

Thanks!

CIC most likely won't remove your spouse from the file until you are able to prove that you have either legally separated or officially started the divorce proceedings. I suppose you could only pay your own RPRF fee and then send a letter to CIC to say that your spouse is now "non-accompanying".

Thanks for your reply. I will send them a letter stating the whole situation and remove my spouse. Would it be easy for me in future to bring the second partner (in case of divorce) after the removal of first?
