Divorce on process and applied PR thru PNP

Hi good day, may I humbly ask your help and insights please, I will be submitting my PR application this week, and my divorce is still in process, and I doubt my divorce will be finalized soon, I cannot my find my ex and there is no way of serving him. Is there any way I can be refused because of this? Thank you so much for your help.
