I along with my husband applied for EE (crs-406 )and now we got PNP invitation..all paper works and everything is pending. My consultant told me the PNP Nomination was based on my education and experience. While applying I was kept as the primary and he as secondary applicant. Now consultant told me as it's PNP Nomination im the primary and husband is a dependent. I totally dont know the differnce still...

He is having extramarital affairs and abuses(and i have all the evidence of the same to proceed for a divorce but I cant seek for a divorce in India due to our religion, customs and family)me alot.. Is there any option I can stop him getting PR if we get to canada. Because for me canada is place for new start and can't take more of his behaviour. So how can I stop him from getting a PR

Yes, that should be one option. Make sure non-accompanying dependents are not issued visa. But still many details will be needed. You will need his valid IELTS Score, valid passport till the complete PR process is done. Otherwise EE Profile will become ineligible. Check for all documents including signatures for any PNP document

But he will never accept for non accompanying. If sometjing like that happened he will also lock me in a room so that i wont be able to go..is there any option after reaching canada ???

There is no other option. Either you include him as non-accompanying or he will get PR with you. You will not be able to have his PR status taken away once he gets her.

Even if I file for a divorce once i reach there. Sorry I'm asking so much. It's cz of my situation. What about the validity of PR.. like if he comes and then comes back to continue his job in middle east won't the PR be expiring?

Can't file for a divorce because of my Indian strings. Once I'm away from all family then only I can do that.. that's the issue.

You can only file a divorce after a year's residence in Canada and that will not remove his PR.

He would only be at risk of losing his PR if he missed his residency obligation - being in Canada for a total of 730 days in five years.

Mmm thank you so much....
