Following is my situation, your help is appreciated -
1. Wife has filed for divorce and have an 11 yr old daughter, they live in a different country - Work Visa - UK( all citizens of India).
2. It is not possible to provide my daughter's docs for profile creation as a wife is not in terms. I have my daughter's passport, worried about medical if requested.
3. Custody is not sorted. In 2019, she took my signature for consent and left with my daughter. After reaching the UK, she filed for divorce in India.
4. Initial plan was for her to join me after my Master's in Canada
5. I need to include my daughter in my application without custody agreements if the mother gives permission? Can I include her later or after PR?
6. I need to create a profile. I have the court case filing number by her from India to show as legally separated. I have to start with the divorce proceeding + it will take at least 1-2yr to finalize.
7. CEC experience class
My doubts ,
1. Shall I proceed with the current profile itself, showing the child as a non-accompanying family member and later after getting my pr shall I process hers later? Is there any problem involved in this? I want to do it smoothly without depending as it might delay for any required documents/medical.
2. The officer may ask for medical for the daughter - which might be an issue to ask favours from my partner. Can I do the application just myself and do it later for my daughter. Not sure if this possible. A messy situation at the moment as it is difficult just to connect by Whatsapp with my daughter.
