Divorce in Canada,soon to get married in Hong Kong

I want to asked your help about my case.But firstly, I already asked the CIC.gc.ca representative about my situation.Since I am divorce here in Canada,and if i will be successful get married in hong kong,in spite of my previous married in the Philippines, and then I can sponsor my new wife here in Canada.

But one thing, I was curious about is that, my future wife passport since since she is still single in spite ,we will get married in Hong Kong.I didn't not apply for annulment in the Philippines. Since it is very expensive,and I want to live here in Canada,and its not a requirements that I need to be annulled first.I notice all,some people apply in route for immigration barriers.

I already asked the cic.agent about this,but He did not answer me directly,but only he give assurance that I can process my spousal sponsorship,after I had my marriage certificate.

I'm not really sure what you are asking. If you are divorced your divorced simply. Your new wife to be passport still shows single . well yes it will until you get married, even after that i didn't have to change my status on my passport or change my name,but that may depend on country of your wife. Lets hope someone understand your question better than me and can help you.

Divorce means Legal Divorce.
going to the court and getting divorce decree/judgement.

you can only marry again if you have received divorce from the first one.

this is as much as I know.
If you are in Canada then talk to somebody who can guide you properly.
in each province there is something called legal aid office and they can help you in resolving your question.
