I have applied for Canadian immigration under skilled worker scheme. Before start processing on my present document , CIC asked me to update my existing paper and information for the last time and the last date of submitting papers was 1st March , 2012. At that time i divorced my ex husband and marry again. Before 1st march i updated my all papers including the divorce certificate and new marriage certificate (All necessary information related to my new husband) and send it to CIC Singapore office. By mail tracking i found that the papers was reached Singapore office on 26th February, 2012. Over the CIC website , i found that my file started processing from 26 April 2012. Now today 18 July, i got the paper for my medical but surprisingly my ex husband name was included in the paper . And i have only 30 days for my medical examination.
Can anyone tell me what can i do now ? In this situation any advice will be very helpful for me .
