We came in canada as lamded immigrant last july 2010 unfortunately we got our annulment done in the philippines last may 2016, its already done. got my certificate of no marriage and our marriage is considered null and void. do i have to file a divorce in canada,

1. If you have been a PR since 2010, then you need a divorce in Canada.
