Divorce after submitting PR application

Hi guys. I am a FSW applicant. I received my ITA sometime in May 2018 and then submitted my application 20th May. Being the Primary applicant, my husband and 3 children are my dependents, but my husband is not accompanying us because I get more points without him.
He was not happy about this new development, therefore, he is trying to frustrate the success of this application. He was asked by the clinic to perform more tests (since he is diabetic) but he withheld this inform from me. Now, his medical report has expired (since September) and he is refusing to take another test after several pleads. Our application status has been reading "we are reviewing your medical report" since 6th June,2018.
Now, he tells me wants a divorce. These brings me to my question, Can we still get a PR status if he begins processing the divorce whilst our application is under processing? And if yes, what should i do?

P.S: We are still living together.

Since he is part of your application, the application is going to be refused unless he completes the medical.

Yes - you can continue with the application if you start divorce proceedings. You will have to provide IRCC with evidence that the divorce has been started. You'll also need to stop living together. If you continue living together, IRCC may think you've started the divorce process to avoid having him complete the medical. This will put you at risk of refusal.

Thank you Scylla! Duly noted. My fear is he will intentionally prolong the proceedings which i feel may still put me at risk of a refusal. Since we are 3 months into the application.l, how long do you think I have before the officer in charge of my file denies my application? (if I don't provide his current medical report or evidence that the divorce has started)
