I am doing Bachelor in Computer Application (BCA) from Usha Martin Academy under Punjab Technical University.
I have 70% average till now and my course will end around November, 2014.
Can I apply to Diploma course under SPP college in Canada?
Thank you.

Your way of study in India does not matter for applying for SP in Canada as long as you get a proper degree from recognized university at home country.
You sure, that it will not be a problem?
I am asking again because I talked with tiger007, and he told that distance education got no value in Canada. He told that better do Masters in India, and then go for Canada.

He is wrong. Canada does not care because a lot of Canadians in Canada do their Diplomas/Bachelors by online education. Even PhEd, for example.
Many people in Canada live in places where no universities and they cannot just leave their jobs and go to university full time or even part-time. They have families, good jobs, obligations and they need to get education too. That is why in BC, for example, there is TRU OPEN Learning http://www.tru.ca/distance.html for people who prefer to study online.

I would say in Canada you get more respect from employers if you get your degree through distance education. Because it tell them a lot about you : you are persistent and you have good time management skills.

So when you get your degree nobody in Canada bothers about your way of study. Degree is a degree no matter how you get it : full time, part time or thru distance education.

Thanks, then I should apply for Diploma course under SPP colleges for full time.
And one more question, as my Bachelor degree is 3 year degree, and after doing 1 year diploma from home country, then can I apply for good University for MS in Computer science? But I have low scores in my class 10 and 12.
Class 10 - 52
Class 12 - 50
Bachelor in Computer Application - 70%
What you think?

No harm in applying to the Universities. IMO, you stand a good chance with your BCA scores.
