hi,
I applied for my Ontario PNP Trade on my own and received an email from immigration asking me to Disclose Assistance with Application.

This is what they have asked for:
Disclosing Assistance with Application
You did not disclose that you received assistance with your application. If you received
assistance with your application, you must disclose this information in your online
application.

I have 14 days to reply to this and i am not sure what to reply as i havent taken any assistance.
I made a new email address for immigration purposes and i gave my friends house number who is a citizen as i live in a basement and getting mails at his house will keep me upto date at all times. could this be the reason for this letter. Please advise whats the best way to reply to this. Thanks.

No one at all assisted you with the application? You did not copy a cover letter from anyone else? No one gave you any tips to put into your submission?

If no one at all assisted you, you must tell them that and hope that no one has submitted documentation the same as yours. If multiple applications are similar, IRCC may think that a consultant prepared them and submitted them together.

I did not write a covering letter, just submitted all the documents asked by immigration in the checklist. wrote my intention to reside according to the information provided to me by the PNP website.

Yeah I think you are right, this is the reason. You just have to reply that you did not receive assistance and that you are living in this address. If you have some other bills or government ID with your name and this address, submit them too.

Explain to them why you had two addresses and that it was for easier receiving of mail, as you have said here. That's what you said, right?
