Disable person for EE

Hey guys,
I wanna inquire something.

(1) I'm disable by left leg. But I'm living independently. Am I eligible for EE?

(2) I have 3+ years full time working experience in Publishing. Is NOC 1452 correct for Proofreader in publishing?

(3) My working experience is not related to my study. Is it works?

(4) Along with job I have done my Master through Distance Education. Will Distance education count?
