My son was diagnosed with Severe Autism Spectrum Disorder and he was getting Disability Tax credit till 2024. We have filled the Disability Tax Credit form and our Family Physician filled Part B - Medical practitioner's section. We have submitted our documents on November 18, 2024.
From today, the status of this application is showing as "Tracking Stopped" and the Notes says like: "We have stopped tracking this submission as it is not an initial application for the Disability Tax Credit. We will forward the submitted correspondence to the appropriate area if necessary"
What does it actually means? They rejected our application or do they need any additional documents?
