Direct Air Transit Visa for Canadian PR holders?

Hi guys,

I'm travelling from Toronto-Dublin-London-Delhi in early October and would like to know if I need a direct air transit visa? I am a Canadian PR holder since October last year.

I have seen conflicting arguments against this but the following link states that I don't need a transit visa since I fall in the category of

• "a resident permit issued by Canada after 28 June 2002"

Can anyone clarify please?

You can transit on the basis of your PR with the visa.

Hi were you able to transit solely on the basis on canada PR?
