Dipoma after engineering posssible?

Hi , my name is Akshay Patel and i would like to do PG Diploma after my Electrical Engineering and i search for it but there are very few programs for PGD available so is it ok to do Diploma (2 years) for my higher education.
help me with this please

OPTING DIPLOMA IS AN ISSUE,GENERALLY COLLEGES DO ACCEPT THE APPLICATION IF YOUR BACKGROUD(EDUCATION) IS STRONG!!
MAIN ISSUE IS WITH GETTING A VISA,U NEED TO BE SPECIFIC IN SOP TO V.O .declaring why u r opting for Diploma.

i have a lot of known who are graduated and still get their passport stamped for diploma program.
