I would like to know, if take 1 year diploma in Canada, am I eligible to bring my Kids and husband as dependent and gain all other benifits. Or is it better to get admission in Master degree ?

Is there any difference of benefit for Student enrolled into Master degree as compare to students enroll into a 1 year diploma.

What benefits are you referring to you need to clarify what your expectations are in terms of benefits.

A study permit for a PG diploma versus a Masters would just be a study permit which ever one chosen.

As for kids/husband already answered as there is no way to predict one way or the other you would need to go through the process like anyone else and be prepared to pay the course fees and living expenses for a family.

Seems you have been trying to get to Canada since 2011 so in taking a one year course what is your plan after that course given you only qualify for a one year PGWP so still no guarantee you will get a full year Canadian work experience.
