Hi,

I am sorry to say but it looks like a clear cut rejection.

You hold MBA in Finance, how is it possible for you to go for a Diploma in Accounting!

Just see the difference between:

1. MBA vs. Diploma,
2. Finance vs. Accounting.

Hi,

Very hard to say. I have noticed many members (mainly from Pakistan) are talking about;

1. University of Regina
2. Memorial Newfoundland University

as a low cost university. I am NOT sure if it's true, since I believe course fee is almost same all over the Canada, but yes cost of living is low.
