Diploma Equivalency

HI friends'
I completed 3 years diploma after matriculation ( SSLC + 3 yrs Diploma)
what will be my WES equivalency for this.
Am i elegible to apply for FSW.

I have 3 years Diploma after SSLC ( 10+3). 16 yrs experience in varied feilds.
My wife is MA sociology, has 5 yrs experience has purchase manager.

which is better sing her as a primary applicant
or my self being a primary applicant.

we havent started wes & IELTS.
