diploma discontinoued in UK due to college closure

Hello to all
One of friend have gone on diploma in london but due to UKBA (government) many colleges got closed and he was in one of that college ..
He have some letter from colleges while he was admitted and doesnt have any proof that his college got closed..

He want to apply under spp

Please suggest how should he approch using that documents..weather he need to get any closing letter or discountionation letter from him college from london and how should he submitt admission letter and explain the cas in SOP

What you actually mean is that he was at a fake college that was used only to help people work illegally in the UK. So, assuming that he was in fact working illegally and may have false documents as well, he is in a very difficult position.

I would not like to be him, when he tries to convince CIC that he's a genuine student... If he tries to use any documents relating to a college that the UKBA has closed down, Canada is almost certain to suspect him of document or immigration fraud.

What was the name of the college that he was "attending"? The UKBA has decided to close down all the fake colleges.
