Diploma chances of getting PR through CEC

If I do diploma instead of undergraduate degree from Canada so will that reduce my chance of getting PR through CEC? I am doing bachelors of computer science from university of London which is a distance learning program so I can complete that degree from anywhere in the world. I want to get PR and that's the main objective of choosing to do a diploma from Canada. My field is Software Engineering and my diploma will be related to that field. I want to get settled in Canada as soon as possible so that's why I dont want to wait till I complete my undergraduate degree but my degree will be completed once I graduate from a two year diploma from Canada. So will I get PR if I opt for a diploma or should I wait till I have completed my degree and then apply for masters which will take time?

Looking at the recent CRS cut-off scores, a Diploma alone couldn't get you enough points to be above the cut-off. Unless you have other valuable factors to add in such as work experience, languages (especially French), etc. or your occupation is under the specific categories that Canada has introduced recently.

So what will your CRS score be assuming you get one year of Canadian, skilled experience.
