I need help to clarify what is my education level and how can I have the assessment of my certificate.
I have a 3 year degree/diploma from Italy.
(I still don't know the difference between degree and diploma but in Italy we call it Diploma)
I got it after HighSchool so It is a post-secondary certificate, right? (Under-graduate diploma?)
I got this certificate from IED (European Institute of Design) which is not a University, it is a private institution, so mine is not an academic degree, I'm specialized in Digital Design.
Nowadays the school's program are based on course credits, but when I did it it wasn't, so I have no credits.
I can't find any organization willing to do the assessment of this certificate (for example WES) because they all says stuff like:
"we do not evaluate trade qualifications, military training, second language training, professional licenses, apprenticeships, work or life experience, continuing education courses taken at non-recognized institutions, and non-credit professional development courses"
and I guess my certificate may fall in one of these category... no?
What should I do to get the Assessment?
and how it will works for the Express Entry if I don't get one?
My education level will be High School?
