Diploma and degree of pharmacy

I am working as pharmacist in India. Planning to apply under express entry , NOC 3131 . Is PEBC consider my diploma in pharmacy (2years) and bachelor of pharmacy (3years) ?? Is ECA given according to professional degree ??
