I would like to know about the risk factor of applying my student visa for CANADA along with my spouse. what are the visa chances...? what things need to be considered..? As i have completed my Bsc nursing on 2014 since then i have been working.what are the chance with this academic background?
Bsc Nursing 63%
Ielts 6.5
Intermediate 53%
SLC 75%
IELTS overall 6.5 (L 6.5 , R 6.5, W 6, S 6)

My financial background is too strong as there won't be any issue with it.
my husband have completed 3 yrs diploma in hotel management from AUSTRALIA..
Is there any college or university who provide 2 year post graduate program for Nursing student with the above IELTS score. As per the rules there will be a less chances of visa approval if I apply for a DIPLOMA PROGRAM beacause I have completed my undergraduate study.
What will be the best option for a student like me.....?
I am totally confuse what to do...? seeking for a genuine suggestion

There are few things that I am really concerned about.Firstly being a
Nursing Graduate the Visa officer will have a wrong impression about
my case If i apply for a Diploma Program..As the officer always wants
to see a student applying for a higher program in a progressive manner
which gives them the image of a Genuine student.

Secondly I have a low ielts score which is overall 6.5 only.At the same
time I planning to apply with my spouse too which makes more
suspicious for a visa officer.

Thirdly My husband has a refusal history for a USA student visa twice
on 2013 and once for Canada too for a visitor visa. will this effect
or creates any doubt to the visa officer on issuing visa in my case.?

Finally please help me to find me 2 year post graduate diploma program
.
please show me the right track then i can show the visa officer that I
am genuine student with genuine proposed studies plan which are
reasonable in light of one or more of my qualifications, previous
studies, employment, level of establishment, language abilities or
with my future prospects and plans.

I am really thankful to everyone from bottom of my heart.please forward me the #### SOP ## with nursing background will be a good help at **dikshyaishere@gmail.com***

I can't answer all of your questions but wanted to let you know that Nursing is a regulated profession in Canada which means you need to be registered with the nursing embody of the particular province you want to work or study at post-grad level.

For example, you need to be registered with College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) in Ontario province. For international applicants, this is the link: http://www.cno.org/en/become-a-nurse/new-applicants1/outside-canada/

Moreover, very few colleges of Ontario offer post-grad nursing programs. Take a look: http://www.ontariocolleges.ca/SearchResults/HEALTH-FOOD-MEDICAL-NURSING/_/N-lo8dZ1z141wm?Ns1=Program_Title_SORT&Ns2=0

As far I know, most colleges/universities will require your nursing registration in order to get admission into any post-grad level program. So, you have to think about it first. Others who have experience in nursing from international background can shed more light. FYI, my wife is currently enrolled in RPN (2-year college diploma) program and she is an MBBS Doctor from Bangladesh.

You may be right but local students need it for sure. I can't find a reason why Int'l students would differ from the admission requirement.

For example, look at the admission requirement for Family Practice Nursing (Postgraduate) Program at George Brown College:
