Digital sign - Work permit application

Hi !

I am unable to open the form in the link. So, I downloaded the form and I filled the work permit and the other required forms after completing the questionnaire.

Now, when I validate the form and try to sign it, I am unable to sign it. I have the original Adobe Acrobat Pro 2018 licensed version.

But, when I open other (non-ircc) pdfs, I could sign it by clicking the Fill and Sign form.

Can somebody please guide as what's happening ?

I was unable to open Adobe Acrobat in browser. I am using a licensed Adobe Acrobat DC latest version. When I save it and open, it says that the form is Secured and cannot be signed as the form won't allow drag and drop fields ( Fill and Sign).

Please guide.
