Hi guys, just wanted to ask how to upload a digital photo on online application? Do i still have to scan the front and back view of the photo? Thanks.

There is a slot for uploading the digital photo.

A digital photo is not supposed to be a "scan" it is supposed to be taken with a digital camera and the file created by it should be uploaded. You can scan it though. Only front.
