Hi all,

I am submitting my supporting documents for my permanent residence application and I am a bit confused on how many digital photos too submit. It says digital photo which means one photo but when you click the question mark for instructions it says the photographs must show a full front view of the head and tops of shoulders. Thanks for any help provided

I assume you are uploading documents for EE application? If so, you need only one photograph.

That's not a problem, as long as the photos taken by commercial photographer and meet IRCC requirements for photographs specification. Mine was scanned and uploaded same the photos that I send for PR card.

Digital dimensions are often expressed in pixels or DPI (dots per inch). The physical dimensions in pixels must be at least 420 x 540, the minimum resolution must be 600 pixels per inch.

That's the only way to get the digital version...unless you were provided with one from the photographer.
