Digital photo in U.S.A?

May I know where can we take a digital photo according to the ITA specifications in U.S? I have tried Walgreens and Walmart but they told that they could not give it as per the ITA digital photo specifications; can any one help ?

I went to Boston - there is a very good professional there who knows all the specs and takes it very well. But yeah I had to drive an hour to Boston for it : Its surprisingly SO difficult to get a photo in the US

You don't have to pay for a professional photo. I took a photo with my iPhone and it was accepted. If you have a friend who knows how to use Photoshop or Paint to meet the required specs, ask for their help (I did mine myself).
