Digital Photo for e-APR

Hi Friends,


My spouse is wearing scarf in her digital photo.

According to the photo specification given here
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/photospecs-e.pdf

Scarf is ok.

Can any body, please confirm, if my spouse is wearing scarf, as in this pdf, is ok for e-APR?

Well, if CIC say it's ok then our opinion doesn't really matter.

If they don't like the photo it won't be a rejection, they will just ask for another.
