Digital photo dimensions for permanent residence application

Hello all,

There are two different specifications for photos required for PR application:

1. The instructions stated in ITA specify photo dimensions of : 35x 45 mm
2. The instructions posted on CIC website for PR applications specify photo dimensions of: 50 x 70 mm as shown here in the link:

The photographer is supporting the second specifications; therefore I'm confused which specifications to follow!

It should be 50 x 70 mm

For PR application you have to follow the instructions next to upload section against every option. There are instructions mentioned next to digital photo upload. It mentions 35x45 mm.
The other one is for PR card application - 50x70mm. I got this confusion cleared 2 days ago from this forum.

i uploaded 50x70 and have no issues at all
