Digital photo-2 conflicting instructions

Dear Team,

When researching for the specification of the digital photo to be uploaded to supporting documents after ITA, I came across conflicting information on the immigration website.
Size- 50mm by 70 mm

Size- 35 mm by 45 mm https://www.canada.ca/content/dam/ircc/migration/ircc/english/pdf/photospecs-e.pdf

please clarify what is the difference between the two and which size should I upload to at Document checklist digital photo upload.
Also, let me know if its different for Visa and different for PR and which one for which?

Whatever it specifies on the application checklist i.e. 35x45mm. I think it actually states it has to be at least 35x45mm, but since the requirements are vague, I asked the photographer to just do 35x45mm, which I submitted and had accepted
