DIFFRENT DATE OF BIRTH

Hello Guys
My brother has been nominated under PNP and is applying for PR now,

But we have a problem,his date of birth on his passport and date of birth on his birth certificate are diffrent.

He was born in aug84,but my parents alterd it to july84 so that he did not miss out on the school year.

Till today his date of birth is july 84 in school,college,graduation,passport etc.
Till date BIRTH CERTIFICATE was not required at any part,but now it is.

NOW as part of PR we need to submit copy of orignal birth ceertificate,which has Aug84 as Date of birth.

we are really stressed and are not sure how to go ahead here.
In the checklist for PR there is a provision saying that if date of birth is diffrent,it has to be accompanied by legal documents.

Do we get the date changed with court letters

Please if any one has any ideas or suggestions please please help.

I think your fastest course of action would be to have someone, such as your parents, get a sworn affidavit attesting to the fact that they changed the date on the birth certificate for whatever reason. Is there some other way in your home country where you could get this information legally notarized and attested to?

How did you get a passport with a different date than your birth certificate in the first place?

yes I am from India and yes my parents could get this notarized from a majistrate.
Does that mean we have to change dob on passports,school ,college ,graduation certificates etc?
or submit the docs to CIC with amended DOB.
Also do we have to infform PNP officials aswell about this new development.

Submit with amended. You should also notify PNP with the same documentation.
