diffrence between skilled work 2014 and Express entry 2015 programs?

I would like to understand the basics and difference between the skilled migration program (FSW 2014) and Express entry Jan 2015, which i have read about in the forums\news. Which program is better, which has more chances of getting trough? What is the average time line for the immigration process for FSW 2014 fro the India region,

FSW 2014 - is same as the FSW 2013, but with increase in the CAP and OCCUPATIONS.
we still don't have a clear picture on how exactly the EXPRESS ENTRY will be like !!.
It's always better to utilize the opportunity of the existing system rather than waiting for the unannounced one.

How to score more CRS points

Dear All,

I wanted to know on how to increase CRS points as currently am staying at 358. How about my chances of getting PR as am in Express Entry pool from Nov'16.
