difficulty sending my application

hi,
please, can anyone tell me how to go about paying for the federal skilled worker application fee. i m in Africa and the banks in my country has refused to raise a bank draft to canada for me.
Secondly, i want to know how long it takes to process the application.

2. Usually the timeframe is 12-24 months, depending on the CHC.
