ur question was not clear enough ..u didnt give ur profile and course that u applied and reason for rejection .....how do u expect an answer when u dont provide all details.

5 mnths training in telecom. and networknig
first time refused in sep 2012 ..reason was language ability ...cauz i had 6.0 bands applies in fleming college for wireless networking.
second time i applied with wireless telecom. in humber with 7 bands no band less than 6.0
they rejected again that program u chosen has no logical progression

was the program PG ? u have a bachelors with a good grade u should try for masters or atleast for PG. ur only problem with masters will be the two rejections u already have . why did u apply with low IELTS in the first place? consultant suggestion? write a strong SOP explain ur passion for the course u selected and also explain how it will help in ur home country.

ielts 6 not less den 5.5

1 year network engg experience

this will be ur 3rd attempt so be careful dont make any mistake. take ur time and find the right course. u can try for computer related courses wireless is more for electronics background. if u have used consultant before for the 2 applications dump him dont listen to him. find ur own course and prepare a good SOP.

Opt for a new consultant. Canam and Edwise would be fine as per my suggestion.

Study in deep about the course and university to be selected and reapply for Jan intake.
