Has anyone else had a refusal letter from the abroad Visa office but the below visa office is elsewhere?
For example I am applying to visa office in Cuba but the refusal letter came from the Canadian embassy from Peru?
and another time from Trinidad an Tobago?
Anyone else notice this?
is this an error or is it because they basically hand off applications to different visa offices elsewhere because they are overloaded?
just trying to make some sense from it..
