Different Surname in IELTS Scorecard and Passport (Due to Marriage)

Guys,

I have one query.

Me and my wife has registered for IELTS exam.

At the time of registration, we have used her after marriage surname but in her original passport, its her before marriage surname.

I checked with British Council, they said that they will mention her "before marriage name" on original exam scorecard.

Is there any way, If I can get scorecard with her new name/after marriage?

Is it possible, If I proceed to change name in scorecard after results? Because, I will receive her new passport after IELTS exam.

They mention name from your ID document. . . use ID document on which her new name mentioned.

Provide a Marriage certificate…

Where name is mentioned as before marriage/after marriage… this should solve the problem…

if required take a affidavit
