Different spells of name on certificate and marks sheet

I have been gathering my documents to sent London.

There is a point no. 3 in Background declaration form regarding other names you are or have been using.

When i first sent application to CIC i mentioned only 2 names.

But now when i start gathering my documents i got to know that there are actually 4 different spells of my name in different certificates and marks sheet.

Would that be ok if i mentioned all 4 names or just change the spell to one on all certificates and marks sheet?

Different spellings does not mean all the time different names, names are proper nouns and spelling sometimes can be different - i can be e. You should send a detailed affidavit clearing your name's spellings to the visa office.
