Different place of birth in my wife's PCC

Hi I really need your help guys. My wife requested PCC from Saudi but those guys who processed it had put a different country on her Place of Birth. Will that be questioned once we submitted our application? It's really a pain in the butt to get a PCC in Saudi and takes forever. Is there anyone here that had the same situation? Please help :/

The choices are: 1) submit a PCC with incorrect information or 2) request a new PCC and ask them to correct the error(s). If you go with #1, then it will contradict information in her birth certificate and the immigration forms and guess what? CIC may ask her for a PCC from this "wrong country" she was not even born in. When CIC does background checks, it includes "document verification". A birth certificate from her country of birth will be different from one issued by another country, so yes, CIC may notice and question it.

I would go with #2 - makes life easier. If you are running out of time to meet the deadline, inform the visa office the document requires correction and ask for an extension. They should be able to accomodate your request. Best wishes.

I am strongly advise u to get new PCC with correct information ...i already goes through same problem ..i am from Singapore and very difficult to get PCC from Singapore also ..when i applied first time they took 2 months to issued my PCC cert AND they issued wrong country name on my cert. they wrote on PCC only can use in Australia and i asked my lawyer if this can use but my lawyer advise me better don't try this and ask Singapore police to re issued ..then i called up Singapore police and ask them to do correction and i received my new PCC after a month ... so better don't waste time and try to call them and let them know about this and ask for advise and faster way to get PCC ..Good luck and God bless all of us
