different phone num for spouse on MR form

hi guys

i received MR for me and my wife. My wife is here on dependent visa (work permit). i noticed that phone number on my wife's MR form is old (Indian phone number). i dont remember giving her number in any of PR forms when i applied. i guess they dont ask for spouse phone number in PR forms. the only reason i could think is when she applied for dependent visa from India she gave her phone number there.

so my question is how to update her phone number. where should i email?

should i just write the change in email body or should attach professional letter in email about changes??
