Well not completely different. Just that my passport has one extra word in the first name.
I became a naturalized Canadian Citizen in the year 2000.
My name on the citizenship card, my current SIN card and all other documents both in Canada and Pakistan is same and consists of a ONE-word first name and a ONE-word surname.
Except my Canadian passport. My Canadian passport has one extra word in my First name. (which is my Dad's first name), so a two word first name and the same one-word surname.
So I'm running into confusion with this anomaly when filling some sponsorship forms.
Should I modify my next passport and apply for a name change omitting the extra word from my first name. (surname stays the same, first name after omission of the extra word from it becomes consistent with all other identity documents). My current passport expires in 2016 first half.
Whats your expert opinion?
