Different Last name while applying for WES

Hi,

I submitted my application with my current legal name post marriage as "Sneha Sahasrabudhe". I received my transcripts from the university & now i realize my name on the certificates is my maiden name. How do I convey to WES that Sneha Sahasrabudhe is same as Sneha Barve. I am attaching my Passport which has both the names mentioned. However, before sending my documents to them for evaluation how can i ensure smooth process for evaluation.

Please suggest some steps.
