Different Bachelor and Master Degrees Assessment

I want to ask that bachelor in Electronics engineering and Master in Computer science. Should i apply both degrees together for WES assessment. Would there be any issue if i make assessment for electronics bachelor degree separate and then after apply for CS Master Degree. I am afraid if in case of combine assessment in one time, WES could make issue because of different professions, as master course is not based upon bachelor course. Note that all my experience is in electronics field not linked with CS.

Wes will issue you two or more whether you submit together or separate. There is no problem if your education is in different streams.
