Hello everyone.

I need to know the difference between Canadian experience class and Federal Skill trade program?

My question is because, I saw the minimum language level for Federal Skill Trade is (CLB) 5 for speaking and listening and (CLB) 4 for reading and writing

My score is S6,L5, R4, W5

Can I submit my profile on Express Entry??

Thanks.

You can try. Canadian Experience Class is for people who have worked in Canada for a year or more in an NOC 0, A, or B occupation. FST is for people with a particular skill or trade that Canada needs at the moment.

Dobes thanks for your comment.

I have almost 3 years here in Canada, one year like a Drywall and plaster and the rest like a Glazier,I need to know if whit my score and experience I can apply for FST?

If someone in the forum already applied for this program(FST) please let me know.

Thanks.

Both glaziers and drywall plasterers are in NOC B and eligible for Express Entry. You don't get to choose between Canadian Experience and Federal Skilled Trades yourself. You fill out the profile after you have had your education (if you went to school outside Canada) and your language skills evaluated, and then the program tells you if you are eligible for Express Entry, and under which programs. Good luck!
