Difference - Offer of Employment, Employment Records, Letter of Employment

Hi,

when submitting employment documents, what is the exact difference between the following 3:

1.Offer of Employment, 2.Employment Records, 3.Letter of Employment

2. is pretty clear and under the info button it says submit reference letter and paystubs
But how is 1 different from 3. I assume one of the two is the contract/offer letter?
