My Canada-work permit process has been initiated from my current company. Now as I got married, I have updated the spouse name in my passport with my surname.
But my spouse has the passport with her name as same as it was before marriage. Means she didnt get time to make the update her surname in her passport.
Whether it can create any problem for my spouse to get dependent visa?
If yes then what is the resolution for that?
My company can not wait for more than a week for me to submit the documents, so I can not go to update my spouse's passport.
Please suggest me the right way to get visa for both.
