Difference in Express Entry and PNP nomination process ?

Will be helpful to get some clarity and insight explaining the difference in the process of applying for Express Entry and Provincial Nomination. Do the provinces pick up profile from EE pool itself or we have to submit a seperate nomination / form for PNP ? Kindly advise.

While submitting the EE nomination I had selected "All Provinces" but is there any other formalities or process specific to each province?

You will have to first do a profile in express entry after you need to do another profile for the province, if you are going to apply under mpnp, for example manitoba or Saskatchewan and in that profile you need to enter your express entry profile number, I hope that will help.
